Why we exist
Good real-estate projects in Nigeria stall for lack of capital. Investors who would fund them can’t find them, or can’t trust what they find. Landowners hold plots they can’t develop alone.
Vision West 1st Concept verifies projects first, then opens them to investors slot by slot, with every agreement, payment and milestone in one place.
Where we are going
We start in Lagos, where demand is deepest, and expand to Abuja, Ibadan, Osogbo, Port Harcourt as we find projects that pass our checks.
How we earn
We are paid by projects and partners for the work we do, so we only earn when projects are verified, funded and managed well.
