Pre-sales
Buyers can reserve homes in selected projects before completion, subject to each project's structure and the rules that apply to it.
How pre-sales work
When a project offers pre-sales, the unit types, prices, payment schedule and handover terms are published with it. You reserve a unit, sign a sale agreement online, and pay in the stages it sets out.
Some projects let investors convert slots toward a unit. Where that is possible, the project agreement says exactly how.
What protects you
- The project has passed the same four checks as every listing.
- Payments go to the project account, never a personal account.
- You see construction progress in your dashboard until handover.
